Overview
GQSP Indonesia is part of the Global Quality and Standards Programme, funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and implemented by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
The website serves as a central digital platform for presenting the programme, its value chains, activities, publications, partnerships, and opportunities. It helps different stakeholders explore programme information and access relevant resources through Indonesian and English content.

The website needed to organize a broad range of institutional and programme information into a clear, accessible experience for different stakeholder groups.
It had to accommodate multiple content types—including value-chain information, publications, news, activities, partnerships, and opportunities—while maintaining a consistent structure across two languages and different screen sizes.
Approach
The Approach
I focused on clarity, content structure, and consistency.
The interface was organized around how visitors explore the programme: understanding the organization, discovering its value chains, accessing publications and activities, and finding related opportunities. Reusable UI patterns and a consistent multilingual structure help connect these different content areas into one coherent experience.
Solution
The Solution
The resulting website provides a structured multilingual experience with dedicated sections for programme information, partnerships, shrimp, seaweed and milkfish value chains, publications, news, activities, training, and opportunities.
A consistent navigation and content presentation approach makes the platform easier to explore, while its content structure supports ongoing programme updates and resource publishing.

The project brings GQSP Indonesia’s programme information and resources into a more coherent digital presence.
By organizing institutional content, value-chain information, publications, and activities within a multilingual platform, the website provides stakeholders with a clearer way to discover relevant information and follow programme initiatives.
